AINA, a Cyprus-based startup, has announced a $1 million seed funding round from a private angel investor. The capital injection will support further development of its AI-driven hiring platform. The primary goal is to make the hiring process more efficient and, at the same time, reduce the costs that companies incur in recruiting personnel. ## Efficiency and Cost Reduction In an increasingly competitive job market, recruiters are faced with managing a growing volume of applications, often generated automatically and not always relevant to open positions. AINA positions itself as an integrated solution to address these challenges for both employers and candidates. The platform automates repetitive tasks, enables more precise candidate screening, and delivers actionable insights to improve decision-making. ## Support for Candidates AINA also offers an AI-based career coaching system that helps candidates define personalized career paths, suggests roles aligned with their profile, and provides interview simulations to prepare them for real hiring conversations. According to Natallia Mikhnovets, founder and CEO of AINA, the platform has already facilitated over 2,000 interviews and helped fill over 300 positions. Clients are now reportedly able to recruit specialized personnel much faster, often within hours or days. The new funding will be used to further enhance the platform's capabilities, with a focus on AI-based recruiting, candidate screening, data analytics, and career coaching.
