Micron invests in 3D NAND memory in Singapore

Micron has started construction of Fab 10B in Singapore, a new plant that will significantly increase its production capacity of 3D NAND flash memory. The new fab, once completed and fully operational in about 10 years, is expected to more than double the company's 3D NAND output in the region.
