Rebellions Unveils Rebel100: A Multi-Chiplet AI Accelerator

At the upcoming ISSCC 2026, Rebellions will unveil its Rebel100 AI accelerator, based on an innovative design employing four chiplets interconnected via UCIe (Universal Chiplet Interconnect Express). This modular architecture, paired with adjacent HBM (High Bandwidth Memory), aims to deliver high performance with a focus on energy efficiency.

Direct Challenge to Nvidia H200

According to Rebellions, Rebel100 is capable of competing with the Nvidia H200 in terms of compute capability, while maintaining a lower power consumption profile. The Korean company aims to position itself as an alternative in the AI accelerator market, offering a solution that balances performance and sustainability.
