wlroots 0.20 and Sway 1.12-rc1: Updates for Wayland

wlroots 0.20 is now available, a Wayland support library that facilitates the development of Wayland compositors. This library handles much of the low-level work required to start a compositor.

Following the release of wlroots 0.20, version 1.12-rc1 of Sway has been made available for testing. Sway is a Wayland compositor closely aligned with wlroots and inspired by the i3 window manager.
