AI Productivity: Disappointing Results for the Majority of Executives
A recent survey conducted on a sample of nearly 6,000 corporate executives located in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia highlighted an unexpected reality: 80% of respondents do not perceive any significant impact of artificial intelligence (AI) in terms of increased productivity or changes in employment levels.
This data suggests that, despite the growing interest and massive investments in the AI sector, its implementation and integration into business processes still presents significant challenges. The adoption of new technologies often requires a rethinking of operational strategies and a retraining of personnel, elements that may not have been adequately considered or implemented by the companies involved in the survey.
