Aridge secures new funding for flying car development
Aridge, a company focused on the development of flying cars and backed by automotive giant XPeng, has announced that it has raised $200 million in a new funding round. This brings the total equity funding raised by the company to approximately $1 billion.
This significant investment underscores the growing interest and confidence in the potential of the flying car market, a rapidly evolving sector that promises to revolutionize urban mobility. The capital injection will enable Aridge to accelerate its research and development programs, expand its production capabilities, and advance its vehicle commercialization plans.
The flying car sector, while still in its early stages, is attracting considerable investment from automotive companies, technology firms, and venture capital investors. It is expected that in the coming years we will see increased competition and innovation in this field, with the aim of making flying cars a concrete reality for urban transportation.
