Asus and Foxconn: smart city from Taiwan to the world

Asus and Foxconn, two Taiwanese giants, are joining forces to export their smart city model, initially developed and implemented in Taiwan, on a global scale. The goal is to replicate the technological and infrastructural solutions that have been successful in the Taiwanese context in other cities around the world.

This strategic collaboration aims to leverage the complementary skills of the two companies. Asus, with its experience in the technology sector, and Foxconn, a leader in manufacturing production, intend to offer a complete package for the realization of smart cities.

The Taiwanese smart city model is based on the integration of various technologies, including the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI) and data analysis, to improve the efficiency of urban services, the quality of life of citizens and environmental sustainability.
