BizzyNow focuses on "Bizzy Moments"

Italian startup BizzyNow has launched an equity crowdfunding round on Mamacrowd to finance the next phase of its networking app. The application focuses on organizing short, in-person meetups, called "Bizzy Moments," designed for business professionals.

The crowdfunding campaign aims to raise between €150,000 and €400,000, with a pre-money valuation of €3 million. The minimum investment is €500.

Objectives of the fundraising

According to BizzyNow, the funds raised will be used to:

  • Validate the go-to-market strategy.
  • Upgrade the product.
  • Build the operational groundwork needed to scale the business.

The idea behind BizzyNow is to solve the timing problem in professional networking. Often, the most valuable introductions happen in unexpected moments, such as short breaks between events or during business trips.
