Galtea, founded eighteen months ago as a spin-off from the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, has announced a $3.2 million funding round. The goal is to improve its evaluation platform for AI agents.
AI Testing: simulation and security
Galtea's platform focuses on generating realistic test scenarios designed to expose potential problems in AI agents before they are released into production. This includes identifying hallucinations, unwanted biases, and security vulnerabilities.
The round was led by 42CAP, with participation from Mozilla Ventures. The company aims to bridge the gap between AI agent demos and their real-world performance, a critical issue for the large-scale adoption of these technologies.
