Orbital, an AI platform focused on real estate law, has announced the closing of a $60 million Series B funding round. The round was led by Brighton Park Capital, with participation from investors across the legal and real estate sectors, including REV, The LegalTech Fund, Moderne Ventures, and Grosvenor Group.

Legal Automation with AI

Orbital develops AI technology specifically designed for the requirements of real estate legal work, an area that has seen relatively limited coverage from broader legal technology platforms. By combining AI with spatial visualisation, mapping, and property data, the platform automates document-intensive legal processes and supports more efficient transaction workflows.

Expansion and Product Development

With the new funding, Orbital plans to expand across the wider real estate ecosystem and increase investment in product development, with the goal of creating a single, secure workspace for real estate legal work across the full asset lifecycle. Following the opening of its New York office in 2025, Orbital plans to grow its team and establish additional US hubs to better support customers.
