Browave increases CPO production for AI data centers

Browave is planning a significant increase in its production capacity of CPO (Co-Packaged Optics) solutions. The company aims to achieve a tenfold increase in monthly production by 2027. This decision is motivated by strong demand from data centers specializing in artificial intelligence workloads.

Browave's increased production capacity is a direct response to the growing need for bandwidth in AI data centers. AI applications, particularly large language models (LLMs) and other forms of accelerated computing, require high-speed network infrastructures to efficiently transfer massive amounts of data. CPO solutions, integrating optics and silicio, offer higher density and energy efficiency compared to traditional electrical interconnects, making them ideal for these applications.
