Adzuna, the UK-based job search engine, has announced the acquisition of the job divisions of Trovit and Mitula, two multi-vertical classifieds aggregators previously owned by Lifull Connect.

This operation will allow Adzuna to strengthen its presence in key markets such as Spain, Italy, and Latin America. Lifull Connect's decision to divest these assets is part of a broader strategy by its Japanese parent company, focused on divesting activities not directly related to the real estate sector.

The acquisition represents a significant step for Adzuna, which aims to consolidate its position in the competitive online job search market, while expanding its geographic reach.
