Record Investments in AI by Hyperscalers

Major cloud service providers (hyperscalers) are increasing investments in servers and infrastructure dedicated to artificial intelligence to meet the growing demand for resources for the development and deployment of AI models. According to a TrendForce report, eight hyperscalers will spend a total of $710 billion by 2026.

This increase in spending is exacerbating the memory shortage in the market, due to the insatiable hunger for computational resources by these operators.

For those evaluating on-premise deployments, there are significant trade-offs in terms of CapEx, OpEx, and data control. AI-RADAR offers analytical frameworks on /llm-onpremise to evaluate these aspects.
