Munich-based VoiceLine has announced a €10 million Series A funding round, led by Alstin Capital and Peak. The voice AI platform is designed for frontline teams.
Voice-driven automation
VoiceLine aims to solve inefficiencies related to documentation and CRM updates for field teams. The platform allows employees to record voice memos after customer interactions, automatically transforming them into structured reports, CRM entries, and follow-up tasks. This data is then synchronized with existing enterprise systems.
Benefits for managers
The solution offers managers greater visibility into field activities, customer needs, and market signals, facilitating faster and more informed decision-making.
Rapid deployment and security
VoiceLine promises rapid deployment, minimizing IT involvement and ensuring compliance with enterprise security requirements. The platform is already used by companies such as DACHSER, ABB, and Knauf.
Future plans
The funding will be used to expand the team, further develop the AI platform, and extend its applications to new use cases, as well as foster international growth.
