Adzuna, a job search platform, has announced the acquisition of the jobs businesses of Trovit and Mitula, two prominent search engines previously managed by the Lifull Connect group.

Global Expansion and AI Technology

This acquisition, Adzuna's third in four years, further strengthens its position as one of the world's leading global job search platforms. Trovit and Mitula, founded in 2006, operate in over 50 countries, aggregating job, real estate, and car listings. The acquisition aims to consolidate Adzuna's presence in growing international markets, including Spain and Italy.

For users of Trovit and Mitula Jobs, the integration with Adzuna promises greater service continuity, enhanced by a smarter search experience through the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Adzuna plans to introduce a suite of AI-powered tools to improve the matching of candidates and job offers.

Benefits for Employers

The acquisition is also expected to benefit employers, offering them a wider audience and a greater number of qualified applications globally. Doug Monro, CEO and co-founder of Adzuna, emphasized how the operation will connect millions more people with the right job opportunities, using AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency.
